The first 20 post are the hardest.

I seen on post that say that and I am getting closer to that number now and I don’t see it getting any easier to find something to put on my webpage. We did our usual thing today. Went to the gym and worked out for awhile then my wife wanted to stop by the store and do her thing. Like buying food for the rest of the week or whatever they do. I just sat in the car a read my reader digest. I found a real good story in it that had to do with what I am going through right now. I have a claim that the VA is working on. In that article they were telling about the different vets that were having trouble getting help with their claims and getting the money they needed to live on because they were not in any condition to hold down a job. And they were talking about other people that were collecting all kinds of monies for close to nothing. At my age it doesn’t make much difference. I lost most of my hearing in the service in 1959 and have been trying to get something done about it for years. Every time I tried to get some information, I found that I was in the service at the wrong time. I did at one time have my brother sign me into the American Legion so that I could try to have something done then. I did go to Los Angles and have them checked but that was a waste of time. Anyway they are working on the claim now and it has been 3 month and I haven’t got the information saying that they would do anything about it. I did get a set of hearing aids from them. As bad as my ears are they are not that much help. I think that I bitched enough for today. Chuck
